Leafy Salad with Pomegranate

This speedy six-ingredient salad is something special! The tangy pomegranate dressing, paired with the warm spices of our Mediterranean or Moroccan Falafels, makes the perfect dinner party pleaser or office-envy lunch.

2 tbsp pomegranate molasses

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice/sherry vinegar

Salt and pepper

400g of salad leaves

1 pack of fresh pomegranate seeds

1 pack of Great Food Moroccan or Mediterranean Falafel


Serves: 4 | Prep. time: 10m | Cooking time: 0m | Difficulty: Easy

1. Put all the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well to mix.

2. Season to taste.

3. Split the leaves between four bowls and dress them lightly.

4. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.

5. Warm the Falafel, break in half ad divide between the bowls.
